This picture and poem are absolutely awesome! Thank God for every brave sole, whether Fireman, Police, EMS, Army, Navy, Air Force or National Guard, for the time they give away from their families to keep this world a safe and FREE place for us to live and worship in. To the families of all the victims on September 11, 2001, it is hard to understand right now, but God needed more Angels in heaven.

I am an ex Captain of The Wantagh Fire Department. I have been a member for 25 years. I just want to say how moving the words were. The only good thing that came out of September 11 is that people show more respect to all Firefighters and police. It's a shame that we needed this devastation to get what we really do deserve.Thank you.

Great site On September 11, 2001, America experienced the patriotism of its civil service professionals and its citizens, we were all heartened by the generosity and courage shown by firefighters, police, rescue workers and citizen volunteers who gave of themselves to help victims of the attack. We saw the oath to uphold the freedom, when the passengers challenged the terrorist and kept our Nations Capital from further harm. As American’s we should all take an oath to fulfill our duties and obligations as citizens to uphold the principles of the Constitution, just as our forefathers did.

As I don't have the time now, I did the next best thing. I saved your website and I will be returning. Thank you for sharing your beautiful webpages with us.

What a beautiful tribute. How very true it is. My brother in law was a volunteer firefighter, before a brain tomur took his life at the early age of 32.I rememeber all the calls he went on all hours of the day and night. When those tones went off,he was gone in minutes. We always prayed he'd return home safe. So speaking for him I Thank You for that beautiful dedication. Ce413

I just simply love your inspirational poems. I was e-mailed a copy of your friends poem, last year, as a "condolence" of a break-up. Upon reading those words, I discovered a true meaning of love, and since then, have reunited with the one I had lost. Thank you for offering me, and others so much, for so little. I have used "FRIENDS" as a 'method' of letting others, (those who have been in abusive relationships) know that there is someone who understands and who cares. Thank you so much for being a beacon of God's Light, in a world that looks so darkened by despair. I appreciate ALL that you have done. Please, please keep up the good work...

Sincerely,
A sister in Christ,
A friend in need,
A person who says, "thank you, for giving to the Lord"...

Thanks for reminding me that we are all in this thing together, the good and the bad. I am very sad for the ones who lost someone. I pray for them daily. God Bless us all!
